All prices listed on the Nurcha website are in Australian dollars unless otherwise specified.
All Visa and MasterCards are accepted through our safe and secure eWay payment gateway. No surcharges apply.
We want you to be completely satisfied with every purchase you make. If you are in any way dissatisfied with a product you ordered simply email us the details, and we’ll take care of you. Please understand that we cannot accept returns if you simply change your mind.
Returns must be authorised by us in advance by phone or email where we will provide you with a return address to send your goods. We will happily accept the return of any product which is damaged or does not match the description of what you ordered. Please ensure you contact us within 48 hours of receiving your goods with photo evidence so we can verify the condition of the product(s) to be returned. To be eligible for either a replacement or a full refund of the purchase price please return your goods to us within fourteen (14) days of the purchase date and in the condition they originally arrived in.
Please be sure to retain the tracking information for your shipment, as we cannot assume responsibility for return packages lost in transit.
Refunds will only be issued in the case of damaged or defective merchandise.

Out of Stock Policy
Nurcha will endeavour to ensure that all goods ordered by you are supplied to you. However, our stock levels can vary throughout the day due to sales demands. Therefore, an item indicated as “stocked” when you place your order may, in fact, be out of stock. In the rare event we are unable to fulfill your order we will make every effort to contact you by email or phone immediately. In this circumstance we will also offer you the option to cancel the order in return for a full refund.
Order Changes or Cancellations
All orders are automatically processed through our secure merchant facility and this process incurs irreversible fees. If you wish to cancel an order, a full refund will be issued, minus any transaction and/or other applicable fees incurred by Nurcha due to the cancellation of your order. If you should make a mistake when ordering, please contact us immediately and if your order has not yet been dispatched we will do our best to accommodate your request.
Unless otherwise specified, all prices listed on the Nurcha website are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and are inclusive of GST (Goods and Services Tax), regardless of shipping address. Product prices are monitored regularly and updated by our staff to ensure you receive our most competitive price possible.
